      1、在使用过程中轻拿轻放,切勿与其它硬物相互碰撞;避免内部IC脱落和损坏。

  

  2、在使用过程要注意KIC测试仪的清洁,避免一些杂物落入IC插槽,造成IC接触不良。

  

  3、在过炉时一定要套上隔热性能好的1/4inch厚的隔热套,避免在过炉时高温烤坏仪器;以及时常高温的烘烤,缩短了KIC的使用寿命。

  

  4、使用电池时,一定要用碱性电池,避免在高温测试过程中出现电压不稳定,造成曲线测试不完全。在更换电池时,要注意电池头与电池接触良好。

  

  5、使用时,请按照KIC标准的测试步骤(先与电脑进行通讯->再过炉测试->最后下载曲线)进行测试。

  

  6、在进行下次温度曲线测试时,确保KIC测试仪内部温度低于35度,避免重复测试导致内部温度升高而损坏仪器。

  

  7、在插和拔热电偶时,不要两个或两个以上的同时进行插和拔,这样容易会造成KIC炉温测试仪通道的损坏。

  

  8、在使用中,请确保AirTC焊点完好,因为其不仅起到控制仪器开始与截止记录温度数据,而且还提供数据到仪器进行热效率的计算,AirTC的接触不良将直接影响数据丢失、不完整。

5, when using, please follow the KIC standard test steps (first communicate with the computer -> and then pass the furnace test -> and finally download the curve) to test.

6. During the next temperature curve test, ensure that the internal temperature of the KIC tester is lower than 35 degrees, so as to avoid damaging the instrument due to the increase of internal temperature caused by repeated tests.

7, in the plug and pull thermocouple, do not two or more at the same time to plug and pull, this will easily cause damage to the KIC furnace temperature tester channel.

8. In use, please ensure that AirTC solder joint is in good condition, because it not only controls the beginning and end of recording temperature data of the instrument, but also provides data to the instrument for calculation of thermal efficiency. Bad contact of AirTC will directly affect data loss and incomplete.
